Account & privacy
Signing up, signing in, what we keep and why, and how to leave.
Creating an account
Sign up with an email address and a password at /register. No card is needed. While Shotink is in early access, the form also asks for an invite key; if you do not have one, write to us.
Signing in
/login. Sessions are kept in a cookie set by the studio itself; there is no third-party sign-in. Sign out from the header.
What we keep
- Account data — your email address and a password hash.
- Your projects — the files you upload and the files the studio makes from them, with the notes the planning passes write.
- Usage — a ledger of what each job cost and which card ran it, which is how your credit balance is kept honest.
- Technical logs — request logs and error reports, kept for a limited time to run and secure the service.
How your files are used
Your files are used to run the studio for you and for nothing else. They are sent to the GPU that runs your job and to the language model that plans a step, and are not used to train models. See the Privacy Policy for the providers involved.
Content you may upload
You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload. The Terms say what is not allowed.
Deleting your account
Write to us from the email address on the account. Deletion removes your projects, your model cache and your account data; ledger and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
Last updated 2026-09-17. Credit figures are from the studio's own reference runs; the estimate on the run button is what you are charged.
