How to sign up and sign in, what we keep, and how to leave.
Make an account
Sign up at /register with an email address and a password. No card is needed.
Shotink is new, so the form also asks for an invite key. If you do not have one, write to us.
Sign in
Sign in at /login. You sign in with your email and password only; there is no sign-in through another company. Sign out from the menu at the top.
What we keep
- Your account — your email address and your password, stored in a form nobody can read back.
- Your projects — the files you upload, the files the studio makes, and the notes.
- Your usage — what each job cost, so your credit balance is right.
- Technical logs — kept for a short time to keep the service running and safe.
How your files are used
Your files are used to do your work and nothing else. They are never used to train models. The Privacy Policy says which companies help us run the service.
What you upload
You must have the right to use what you upload, including any voice you upload. The Terms say what is not allowed.
Change your password
Go to Settings. You can change your password there, and see which project you have open.
Your plan
Go to Billing. You can see your plan, your credits and how many projects you have, pick or change a plan, buy extra credits, and stop your plan. See Plans & credits.
Delete your account
- Download anything you want to keep, from the Deliver stage of each project.
- Go to Settings and press Delete my account.
- Type your password and confirm.
You are signed out straight away, on every device. 15 days later your account, your projects and all your files are deleted for good. They cannot come back after that.
Changed your mind? Sign in again before the 15 days are over. The deletion stops, and everything is where you left it.
Billing records are kept as long as the law says we must.
